The Skelley Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Skelley Referral Program (“Program”) is offered by The Skelley, an unincorporated business entity based in Illinois, USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not participate.

1. Eligibility The Program is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding agreements under applicable law. Participation is void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities, including but not limited to creating fake accounts or using automated systems to generate referrals. This restriction protects The Skelley from legal and financial risks associated with fraudulent activity.

2. How It Works As a subscriber to The Skelley Newsletter, you may receive a unique referral link to share with others. When someone subscribes to the Newsletter using your link, they are counted as a referral. Referrals must be valid and verified by The Skelley to qualify for rewards. We review referrals monthly and reserve the right to disqualify referrals we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent (e.g., fake email addresses or self-referrals).

3. Rewards Rewards for valid referrals are to be determined (TBD) and may include digital content (e.g., exclusive reports), merchandise, or other incentives as announced by The Skelley. Rewards are subject to change at our discretion. No purchase is necessary to participate or earn rewards. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

4. Program Duration The Program is ongoing but may be modified, suspended, or terminated by The Skelley at any time without notice. If the Program is terminated, we will honor valid referrals submitted before the termination date, subject to verification.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Skelley, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates will not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to issues with reward delivery or Program changes. We are not responsible for technical errors or third-party actions affecting the Program.

6. Governing Law These Terms and your participation in the Program are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Program will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
